How long to prepare and deliver food orders?
All food orders for take-out and delivery are MADE-TO-ORDER.
Please allow us at least 60 minutes to prepare and deliver your food. For branch pick-up or take out, food preparation is at least 45 minutes.
For some special food orders, it may take an additional time for food preparation and delivery.

How much is the delivery charge?
Delivery charge ranges from P50.00 to P250.00 depending on the location of delivery address.
Is there a minimum order amount for delivery service?

Do we need to make a downpayment or deposit?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit or downpayment for:
- 30 food boxes and above
- 3 orders of Special Food (Morcon, Roasted Beef, Assorted Vegetables, and the like)
- Total bill of PHP 8,000 and above
How can I pay for my order?
Currently, we only accept cash as payment.
You can also pay at any AMBER Branch even if it is not the branch that will prepare your order (inter-branch payments).
We also accept payments through cash deposit at any Banco De Oro (BDO) branch. For bank/deposit details, please call our Metro Manila hotline 8884-8888, Cavite hotline (046) 417-5555, or Laguna hotline (049) 535-5555.
NOTE: Inter-branch payment/food order maybe suspended without prior notice.
